Structure: R.C.C. Framed structue confirming IS code. All external walls in 150 mm bricks and internal walls in 115 mm thick bricks.

Finishing : All external walls to be plastered in sand face. All internal walls to finished by plaster.

Kitchen : Kitchen otta with granite top and Kadappa Stands with S.S. sink, tiles up to 2 ft. Height from platform.

Flooring : All the room shall have 600 X 600 vitrified tiles flooring of standard quality. Skirting in Vertified tiles of height of 4" from finished floor level. Floor in toilets and balcony shall be 300 X 300 Ceramic tiles as per specification and selection of the builder.

Windows : Well ventilated room with aluminum sliding windows. Provision of poperly designed M.S. grill to every windows and ventilatorr.

Electrification :Adequate light and power points in each room. Provision for T.V. point in living & both bed rooms. AC point on one bed room. ISI approved modular fittings.

Door: Well ventilated room with aluminum sliding windows. Provision of poperly designed M.S. grill to every windows and ventilatorr.

Toilets : Adequate and well designed toilets with sanitary ware & C.P. fitting standard make dado in the toilets up to 7 ft. Height.

Painting : All internal walls Acrylic Emulsion paint. All internal doors will be finished in Synthetic Enamel paints. All external will shall be painted in Cement paint as per Elevation.

Lift : :Lift will Power Backup.

Parking : Car parking for every individual owner up to one car park as per availability subject to condition.

Compound Wall : Compound wall up to height og 5'0" and Main Gate with provision for lighting.
